Wine Island Sydney is 3-day food and wine festival that attracts wine connoisseurs and adventurous day trippers alike to this small and picturesque island on the harbour, as it’s transformed into a luxurious oasis of premium wines, beer, food, cocktails, silent discos, masterclasses, music, treasure hunts and so much more.
Wine Island is a fully licensed event. All patrons must be minimum 18+ years of age to enter.

No. Clark Island is a national park and there is no smoking allowed anywhere on the island.
There is a no swimming policy on Clark Island with Sydney Harbour being operational during the event.
Wine Island is an outdoor event and will proceed rain, hail or (no) shine.
Like any holiday destination, the island location can be affected by the weather conditions so come prepared with wet weather gear, raincoats, ponchos and/or umbrellas and (of course) a good attitude.
If the weather is deemed to be dangerous, we will communicate to all ticket purchasers on next steps.
Due to structural limitations on Clark Island wharf, an accessibility option to permit wheelchair use on the island is not possible as advised by National Parks & Wildlife Services.

The COVID-19 situation in Australia continues to evolve and Mushroom Group, Frontier Touring & Blackbetty Productions anticipates Government and Health Authority requirements will continue to change.
As the promoter, we must consider stipulations from Government, Health Authorities, Artists and Venues in determining the COVID Safe measures for each Event.
These requirements may include, but not be limited to, proof of vaccination, QR code check-in, social distancing, mask wearing and/or other measures. You will need to comply with these requirements in order to attend Illusive Presents events and will be kept up to date with developments in the lead-up to the tour.
You agree to follow Event policies (including health and safety policies) and COVID Safe measures and instructions while at the Event.
COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. There is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place or place where people are present and there is no guarantee, express or implied, that those attending an Event will not be exposed to COVID-19. You should evaluate Your risk in determining whether to attend the Event. By entering the Event, You voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
The official ticketing agency for Wine Island 2022 is Moshtix.
Any tickets purchased from avenues outside of the Moshtix platform is at the purchasers risk.
Your wristband will be handed out at the ferry check-in upon receipt of your valid ticket.
Unless the event is cancelled or postponed by the Promoter, all tickets purchased are non-refundable.
Wine Island uses Festival Currency for all transactions on the island. This means that ALL purchases must be paid for using Festival Currency.
You can upload festival currency when you purchase your ticket or simply go back to the ticketing page closer to the event date and purchase separately. Festival Currency is available to purchase pre-event until Wednesday 16 March 5pm AEDT. If you do not pre-purchase currency before the event, you can still purchase from our Festival Currency sellers on the day of the event. All festival currency transactions are subject to a one off transaction fee of $3.50, at the event.
Simply keep your wristband post event and head to the Wine Island website from Monday 21st March at 12noon – Friday 25th March 5pm AEDT and click on the FESTIVAL CURRENCY REFUND button.
Enter your full name, email address, BSB, Account Number as well as the RFID number printed on the back of the wristband and the 5-6 digit code printed on the side of your wristband and hit complete!
Your refund will be processed back into your bank account within 14 working days.
A scheduled return Fever-Tree ferry charter between King St Wharf 8/9 to Clark Island will pick you up and return you for your booked session.
The Wine Island return charter ferry is included as part of your Wine Island ticket.
There will not be any alcohol for sale on the Fever-Tree Ferries to and/or from Clark Island however Island guests will be welcomed aboard with a Cocktail in their own Wine Island tumbler – be sure to keep this tumbler as it’s your tasting glass for the day, and beyond.
PLEASE NOTE: Alcohol is not allowed to be consumed on the return ferry trip. Any opened bottles will be confiscated so please keep a lid on it.
You are more than welcome to contact a water taxi service to depart the island earlier. This will be at the ticket holders own expense.
Yes, you may arrive and depart the island via your own vessel however you MUST give way to the ferries. Please also note that by arriving in your own vessel you will forego the complimentary cocktail you would receive on the ferry.
